How To Manifest Your Best Year Yet
Manifesting is similar to the law of attraction, meaning we can “call in” or attract anything we want in life with the right mindset and action. This post isn’t about schooling you on what manifesting is but more about me sharing how I do it. I’m no wizard or healer, but almost everything from my 2022 vision board (more on that below) has come fruition (and I believe the rest will too!)
Here’s what I do:
- Write down the goals I want to achieve in this new year. These can be personal, financial, business related, anything goes! Really think about this; make them BIG. Even if they seem unattainable, you might be surprised.
- Take those goals and create a phone background on canva showcasing what they are. This will keep it front and center in your life all year long.
- Write yourself a letter in the past tense as if these things have already happened. Describe in detail what your life looks like now that your goals have been achieved. Stash this letter in a safe spot.
This is my phone background from 2022. I use images to represent my goals. For example, I wanted to have a safe and healthy baby and delivery (check), buy a house (check), sign with a new agency (check), increase my income (check), have a post go viral (check) and hit 100k on each social media platform (in progress LOL)
The images don’t have to be as detailed and descriptive as your goals and letter, but enough to symbolize what your goal is so you can keep it in the forefront.
